GUESTHOUSE POLICY Our guesthouse is a 3-star private accommodation Guests must understand that at the same time of booking, they read and accept this policy will comply with it. 1.Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to hand over , to the accommodation provider, his personal documents (passport or ID card / address card) on the spot for the purpose of recording data and also the amount to be paid . Our guests can only book the rooms after paying the full participation fee! 2.The total participation fee means pre-booked days, in the event they decide to interrupt the stay , we are not able to repay the money. 3.Accommodation can be occupied between 14.00 and 23.00 on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive later, please let us know by phone. You must leave the property by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. 4.Our guests receive a room key upon arrival, the gate and the main entrance operate with the code specified on arrival, so our guests can move freely. On the day of departure, please leave the key outside the door of the room. 5.Visitors to the property can only be welcomed during the day with the permission of the accommodation provider. 6.For the sake of our other guests and residents of the house, please avoid any noisy activities! In addition, please walk quietly in the building at night or at dawn. 7.Smoking is prohibited in our rooms and in the apartment area. (It also applies to e-cigarettes and IQOS!) 8.Animals are not allowed in the property. 9.We are not responsible for personal items left in rooms. 1.The guest is responsible for his own behaviour in and around the house, he bears the consequences for any accident himself. 11.Please pay attention to the order, protect the furnishings of the house and do not take any item out of the room (e.g. towels, pillows, blankets)! 12.When leaving the rooms, please close the water, electricity, close the window and the door. 13.It is forbidden to bring , keep or use any flammable materials or devices in the rooms! 14.Damage to the property area shall be reimbursed by the person causing the damage or by his legal representative. 15.Our guests can dine in the rooms as well as in the common dining area. You can also use the kitchen for preparing meals but please keep it clean. 16.If possible, we collect waste selectively in our guesthouse! Please place the plastic, aluminium and paper in the landfill for this purpose. 17.We reserve the right to choose our clientele. Drunk and aggressive guests are not welcome! 18.The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not comply with the guesthouse policy and if he breaks the peace. 19.In case of violation of the policy, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, the guest will not be paid for any remaining days. 20.By using the accommodation, it goes without saying that the guest has read, understood and accepted the provisions of the policy. ÁZIREND A vendégházunk 3 csillagos magánszálláshely Kijelenti, hogy foglalással egyidőben Ön megismeri és elfogadja ezt a házirendet, valamint, hogy azt betartja. 1.Érkezéskor a vendég köteles a szállásadónak átadni adatfelvétel miatt a személyes dokumentumait (útlevél vagy szemelyi igazolvány, lakcímkártya), és a helyszínen fizetendő összeget. Vendégeink a szobákat csak a teljes részvételi díj kifizetése után foglalhatják el! 2.A teljes részvételi díj alatt az előre lefoglalt napokat értjük, abban az esetben ha úgy döntenek, hogy az itt tartózkodást előbb szakítják meg, nem áll módunkban a pénzt visszafizetni. 3.A szállást az érkezés napján 14.00 és 23.00 között lehet elfoglalni. Ha később érkezne, késéséről kérjük, telefonon tájékoztasson minket! A távozás napján 11.00-ig kell elhagyni a szálláshelyet. 4.Vendégeink érkezéskor szoba kulcsot kapnak, a kapu és a főbejárat az érkezéskor megadott kóddal működik, így vendégeink szabadon közlekedhetnek. A távozás napján kérjük, a kulcsot kívülről a szoba ajtajában hagyni. 5.A szálláshelyen látogatókat kizárólag napközben lehet fogadni, a szállásadó engedélyével. 6.A csendrendeletre és a többi vendégünkre való tekintettel kérjük, mindenféle zajos tevékenységet legyenek szívesek mellőzni! Továbbá kérjük, hogy éjszakai illetve hajnali hazaérkezéskor csendben közlekedjenek az épületben! 7.Szobáinkban és az apartman területén dohányozni tilos. (Elektromos cigarettára és IQOS-ra is vonatkozik!) 8.Állatokat tilos a szálláshelyre behozni! 9.A szobákban hagyott személyes tárgyakért felelősséget nem vállalunk. 1.A vendég felelős a saját viselkedéséért a házban és annak környékén, az esetleges balesetért maga viseli a következményeket. 11.Kérjük, hogy figyeljenek a rendre, óvják a ház berendezését, és azokat ne vigyék ki a szobából (pl: törölköző, kispárna, takaró)! 12.A szobák elhagyásakor, kérjük zárják el a vizet, villanyt, csukják be az ablakot, és zárják be az ajtót! 13.A szobákba tilos bevinni bármiféle gyúlékony anyagot, eszközt! 14.A szállás területén okozott kárt a károkozó, vagy annak törvényes képviselője köteles megtéríteni. 15.Vendégeink a szobákban is étkezhetnek. Étkezésre használhatják a teakonyhát is, melyet kérjük, tartsanak tisztán. 16.Vendégházunkban lehetőség szerint szelektíven gyűjtjük a hulladékot! Kérjük, a műanyagot, alumíniumot és papírt az e célra kihelyezett szeméttárolóba helyezzék. 17.Fenntartjuk a jogot a vendégkörünk megválogatására. Ittas állapotú, agresszív hajlamú vendégeket nem fogadunk! 18.A tulajdonos jogában áll lemondani a szállást, ha a vendég nem tartja be a házirendet és ha megbontja a békét. 19.A házirend megsértése esetén, a szállás lemondásra kerülhet. Ebben az esetben a vendégnek nem áll módunkban visszafizetni az esetlegesen fennmaradó napokat. 20.A szállás igénybevételével magától értetődik, hogy a vendég elolvasta, megértette és elfogadta a házirendben foglaltakat.
